Notice in terms of Section 18 of the Protection of Personal Information Act No 4 of 2013

SWCC collects your name, email, phone number and, if you win, your passport details, to:

• process your ticket purchase and confirm your eligibility to enter
• notify you of the draw result and, if you win, deliver your prize
• lodge visa applications on behalf of the winner and their nominated companion with the Irish authorities, which involves sharing passport details with the relevant Irish consulate or immigration authority

Providing this information is necessary to enter the lottery. If you win, providing valid passport details is necessary to claim your prize, since the trip cannot be booked or the visa lodged without it.

We keep your information only for as long as needed to run the draw, deliver the prize, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, after which it's securely deleted.

You have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete your information, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw any consent you've given, at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator if you believe your information has been mishandled.
